Thanks to your support, the 2014 Promise Ball raised over $550,000 for Type 1 Diabetes research! 

Honoree JDRF Mid-Ohio was pleased to honor former Congressman Zachary T. Space (D-OH) for his tireless advocacy for increased state and federal funding in support of Diabetes research. Space is a Principal at Vorys Advisors, LLC and has a son with Type 1 Diabetes.

Fund A Cure Family
JDRF Mid-Ohio was pleased to honor the Tzagournis Family as the 2014 Fund A Cure Family. An added bonus was that Olivia, daughter of Dr. George and Cindy Tzagournis, celebrated her sixteenth birthday that very night! Olivia was diagnosed at age 2 with Type 1 Diabetes and her grandfather, Dr. Manuel Tzagournis, is a leading endocrinologist at OSU Wexner Medical Center.
